we design, build and sell walking-powered mobile homes. We also provide a passport to citizenship in the pushcasa global community. Each year pushcasans meet in a plenary to showcase upcoming models and highlight the past year’s treks.
Design and Build
We are shipbuilders. Our aluminum frames, solid tires, electronics are designed for long distance walks. Nomads. Our models are templates from which we personalize to your needs. We make sure when you leave our build studio you have a work of art that will last a life time.
The Philosophy of Walking
In this day of mapping and GPS it seems nearly impossible to go with the wind. There is an art to getting lost. And walking is nearly a lost art. Yet there is a long and documented history of walkers. Check out our bibliography! The foundation of Pushcasa is in the philosophy of walking.
Community
No annual memberships, just a secure website to locate and communicate with other Pushcasans. It can be lonely out there on the road, only if you like it that way.
Service
Pushcasa strongly advocates for biodiversity and a world without petroleum. The emphasis on electric vehicles, when scaled, demands vast amounts of excavation and mining. We revive the art of walking and engaging the world at a slower pace. Seeing what is around us, taking stock of our life cycle at the pace of a stride, is the Pushcasa way. Pushcasa is developing relationships with organic farmers and naturalists around the world to plant native trees and wild flowers.

The We’ve partnered with one of the largest travel insurance agencies to provide low cost coverage for repairs for lost and stolen property, as well as health care.
